- D3Findings

Each finding as Observation → Evidence → Decision, with its status: confirmed, hypothesis or unknown.
- D4Plan
Prioritized improvement options
What to change first, who should own it, what it depends on, and the expected effect.
- D5Measure
Implementation and measurement plan
How to verify each change worked, with a baseline of current numbers from the data you already have.
One process. A defined scope.
- One business goal, one bounded process, one accountable owner and one baseline.
- Up to five systems in the lead-to-cash path (ads, website, CRM, email, billing) and up to 90 days of history.
- Authorized read access to the relevant records. Suitable exports may work. Missing sources can require a narrower scope.
- Ten business days from an agreed kickoff, after scope and usable access are confirmed.
Not included
- Implementation of the changes — a separate engagement.
- New tracking or reconstructed history.
- Organization-wide diagnosis or ongoing monitoring.

Questions
What access is needed?
Authorized read access to the relevant billing, CRM, email and product-event data. Suitable exports may work. Missing sources can require a narrower scope.
Will the audit fix the systems?
It delivers findings and a correction plan. Implementation is scoped separately.
What if the evidence is incomplete?
The report states what can and cannot be concluded. If the central question cannot be answered, the scope must change before proceeding.
Does every project need AI?
No. A process change or an existing software setting may be enough. AI needs a defined task and a testable benefit.
Not sure the audit fits?
A 20-minute call with Ruslan Duvanov to discuss the process, the available evidence and whether an audit is the right next step.
