Who we are

DVNV Systems is the trade name of FOP Duvanov Ruslan Oleksandrovych (sole proprietor, Ukraine). Registered address: st. Lvivska 19/2, Sosnivka, Lviv oblast, 80193 Ukraine. Single tax payer, Group 3. Not a VAT payer; prices do not include VAT.

These terms apply to services ordered from DVNV Systems through this website, by email or under a signed proposal.

Services

We provide business process analysis, process optimization, automation and integration, and AI implementation services. The scope, deliverables and timeline of each engagement are defined in a written proposal or audit brief accepted by the client.

Work outside the accepted scope is agreed separately before it starts.

Fees and payment

Fees are stated in the proposal. Prices do not include VAT; we are not a VAT payer. Invoices are payable within the term stated on the invoice. Audits are paid before work starts unless the proposal says otherwise.

Client responsibilities

The client provides timely access to the people, systems and data needed for the engagement, and confirms it has the right to grant that access. Delays in access extend the timeline accordingly.

Deliverables and intellectual property

On full payment, the client owns the deliverables created specifically for it (reports, process maps, configurations, custom code). We retain ownership of our methods, templates and pre-existing materials, and grant the client a licence to use them as part of the deliverables.

Third-party software and services used in a solution remain subject to their own terms.

Confidentiality

Each party keeps the other party's non-public information confidential and uses it only for the engagement. We do not publish client names, figures or materials without written permission.

Liability

Our total liability under an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes are resolved by negotiation first; failing that, by the competent court in Ukraine.
